Practical amenities include a large car park, a lounge area, outdoor terraces, vending machines, and on-site access to coffee and light food. The building is equipped with disabled-friendly facilities, making it accessible to all visitors. Professional on-site support staff are present during business hours. Beech Avenue 54-62,Het Poortgebouw, 1119 PW, Amsterdam, Netherlands
Regus Schiphol Rijk sits within Schiphol Rijk, a dedicated business district immediately south-east of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and separate from the terminal complex itself. The area is one of the Amsterdam region's key commercial zones, home to a concentration of international businesses, logistics companies, and corporate headquarters. Road access is excellent: the location sits close to the A4 and A9 motorways, making it straightforward to reach by car from Amsterdam city centre (roughly 15–20 km), Haarlem, and The Hague. A large on-site car park serves visitors and regular occupants. Schiphol Airport itself — with its direct rail connections to Amsterdam Centraal, Rotterdam, and beyond — is a short drive away, placing the venue within reach of both domestic and international travellers. Local amenities including restaurants and business services are found throughout the surrounding Schiphol Rijk business park.
No — Schiphol Rijk is a separate business district located near Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, not inside or within the airport itself. It is a dedicated commercial zone with its own roads, business parks, and facilities, situated a short drive from the terminal.
Review summary
Across 12 detailed Google reviews, Regus Schiphol Rijk comes across as a functional, well-equipped workspace in Amsterdam's airport-adjacent business corridor, drawing professionals who value practical comfort over atmosphere. On the physical side, members are consistent in their appreciation: the offices are described as comfortable and fit for purpose, and the availability of coffee and sandwiches on-site makes for a self-contained working day without needing to leave the building. These conveniences seem to be the clearest day-to-day positives that reviewers return to. Where the experience becomes more complicated is around staff and management. While an isolated mention notes that "people were very friendly," the weight of feedback tilts the other way — three separate reviewers flag concerns about the front-of-house or management interactions, suggesting that the quality of service is inconsistent and that this shapes the overall impression of the space more than any single amenity. Pricing is also flagged as a point of friction. At least one member singles out end-of-contract cleaning charges as unexpectedly steep, describing the "final cleaning costs" as "ridiculously high." This pattern — where the headline cost appears reasonable but ancillary charges surface later — is worth factoring in for anyone budgeting carefully. Taken together, the reviews paint a picture of a space that delivers on basics but where service interactions and cost transparency leave meaningful room for improvement.

After waiting six months for all the documents to be released, we received an email saying we had a red light and the contract was being terminated. The phone calls were consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. They even told us several times that we'd have to wait years to get our documents if necessary. Definitely NOT recommended! Stay away from these scammers!

The best thing you can do for yourself and your business is to never work with Regus. Instead of wasting your time dealing with unauthorized charges on your credit card and fees that have nothing to do with you, use that time to focus on your actual work. It is truly unfortunate—you are trying to build a new business with so many things to take care of, yet you are forced to spend all your time trying to stop Regus from scamming you or at least limit the damage. Honestly, I am losing trust in Trustpilot because every positive review on Regus’s page appears to be fake and posted by Regus themselves. When you check, you can see the same person posting two or three positive reviews, and these are never removed. If you pay attention, you will notice at least four or five negative reviews appear each day. For the past two months, we have been trying to get back the deposit we paid upfront, as stated in their contract, but they have not even responded. I have never seen so many terrible people gathered in one company in my life. My advice: also leave a review on the specific Regus location you used on Google Maps. They continue to scam people under many sub-brands. So even if you switch to another company, I recommend confirming that it is not owned by Regus. For example, "Spaces" is also owned by Regus, and if you check their Trustpilot page, you will see the same complaints and problems from customers. Regus has figured out the most effective way to scam people and continues to do so through many different brand names.
