Review summary
Across 41 detailed Google reviews, members describe a characterful coworking address in central Paris, settled within a Haussmannian building steps from the Gare Saint-Lazare. The most consistent thread running through member feedback is the quality of the staff. Andrei is mentioned by name across multiple reviews, with members highlighting his warmth and attentiveness as genuinely shaping their day-to-day experience. Beyond the team, reviewers regularly praise the atmosphere — the combination of classical architecture and modern interiors earns repeated appreciation, and the courtyard is singled out as a particularly pleasant feature, described as "comfortable" and quietly lovely. The location draws its own share of praise, with members noting that direct access to one of Paris's busiest transport hubs makes arrivals and departures notably straightforward. Workspaces are described as modern and well-equipped, and those who mention the environment's noise levels tend to use words like "calm" and "peaceful." Wi-Fi connectivity and the outdoor courtyard round out a generally positive picture of the physical experience. Where members raise concerns, two themes emerge with enough regularity to warrant attention. Pricing draws criticism from several reviewers, with some describing unexpected billing that exceeded what was originally agreed — a pattern that a handful found frustrating enough to flag explicitly. A smaller number of members also mention cleanliness falling short of expectations. These gaps sit alongside broadly positive impressions, but prospective members would do well to review contract terms carefully before committing.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Atmosphere, and Location. The most-raised point to know about is Staff & service.

Absolute scam. Ask for two months subscription and end up paying four. Cancellation is a nightmare and you need to cancel as soon as you subscribe. Never again Regus. Office is dirty and unclean.

The center is pleasant, but unfortunately, the staff is very unprofessional. The reception is disorganized, and customer requests are not handled efficiently! I had an appointment with my contact person and had to wait over 20 minutes while a receptionist was busy talking about their life in Spanish and loudly on the phone, complaining about their job instead of assisting the customers present. This didn't happen just once! It's regrettable and very awkward.
