Regus Paris Opéra occupies a classic Haussmannian building at 27 Avenue de l'Opéra, one of the French capital's most recognisable business addresses. The centre offers fully serviced private offices — including recently renovated suites — alongside coworking desks, meeting rooms, and a lounge area, all supported by a stable, on-site reception team. Disabled-friendly equipment and layout make the space broadly accessible, while a cafeteria and vending machine cover everyday needs without stepping outside. Meeting rooms are located in the basement; those who require natural daylight should factor this in when booking. The offices themselves are noted for brightness and thoughtful fit-out. Flexible terms cater to solo professionals, visiting executives, and small teams seeking a credible Paris address without a long-term lease commitment. The combination of a prestigious avenue, competitively priced packages, and attentive on-site staff makes this centre a practical choice for businesses that need a polished base in central Paris.

Review summary
Across 55 detailed Google reviews, Regus Paris Opéra comes across as a centrally positioned workspace in one of the city's most animated neighborhoods, where the address itself is the clearest selling point members return to. The location draws consistent praise, with reviewers describing easy access to transport and the energy of the surrounding district as genuine day-to-day advantages. The atmosphere earns positive mentions too, with members pointing to "a pleasant setting and a lively neighborhood" as a backdrop that makes the commute feel worthwhile. Reception staff also receive notable appreciation, with many reviewers describing courteous and responsive service as a reliable constant. Beyond the address and the team at the front desk, however, the picture becomes more mixed. Equipment draws more criticism than praise, with several members flagging reliability issues that interrupt the working day. Pricing is a persistent concern — only one reviewer finds it competitive, while nine describe costs as difficult to justify relative to what is delivered. Natural light is another recurring frustration, with multiple members noting that much of the space receives almost none. Cleanliness is the most pointed area of criticism, with some reviewers describing conditions that fell well below expectations. Noise is also flagged, with the building fabric transmitting street-level vibrations that affect focus. Members further note gaps in privacy for calls, inconsistent Wi-Fi, limited food and drink options, and access control concerns — issues that collectively suggest the physical infrastructure does not yet match the promise of the location.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Atmosphere, and Location. The most-raised point to know about is Value for money.

An unsanitary and non-compliant building, an excessively expensive contract, and a center manager more preoccupied with threatening businesses with service suspensions or deregistration at the commercial court registry for simple administrative issues—which she could easily resolve herself—than with addressing the real problems. The air conditioning is out of order, and the emergency exits are sometimes left open for weeks, allowing anyone to enter the building at any time of day or night. Homeless people have already taken advantage of this situation to enter the common areas and urinate in the stairwell. The smell of urine persisted for several months due to the lack of a responsive or competent cleaning service. Ironically, this company claims that its core business is providing services to businesses…
