Regus Nuremberg City Center ZeltnerEck occupies a prominent address at Zeltnerstrasse 1-3 in the heart of Nuremberg, offering private offices and team suites suited to established businesses and growing teams. The building operates as a fully managed business centre, meaning reception support, cleaning, and day-to-day facilities are handled on-site — a practical arrangement for companies that want to focus on work rather than office management. Workspace options include enclosed private offices and larger team suites, complemented by dedicated meeting rooms available for client sessions or internal workshops. The centre is equipped for accessibility, with disabled-friendly facilities throughout. A lounge area and cafeteria provide spaces to break away from the desk, while on-site car parking addresses one practical concern that central locations often cannot. The building maintains a notably quiet working environment, and cleanliness is kept to a consistent standard across all areas. The on-site team is known for hands-on, attentive service — including support with administrative issues that go beyond routine requests.

Zeltnerstrasse 1-3, 90443, Nuremberg, Germany
Zeltnerstrasse 1-3 sits in Nuremberg's city centre, placing the building within easy reach of the old town, the main commercial district, and the broader Innenstadt neighbourhood. Nuremberg (Nürnberg in German) is Bavaria's second-largest city and a significant hub for the automotive, IT, electronics, and healthcare industries — making the central address practical for client-facing businesses operating in those sectors. The city centre is walkable, with a concentration of banks, retail, and restaurants within a short radius of the building. Nuremberg Hauptbahnhof, the city's main rail terminus and a key interchange for S-Bahn and U-Bahn lines, is close by, connecting the location to the wider metropolitan area and to intercity rail services across Germany. On-site car parking at the centre itself provides an alternative for those arriving by road — a notable convenience given that central parking in German city cores can otherwise be limited.
Access Regus Nürnberg ZeltnerEck through its main entrance on Zeltnerstraße 1-3. Guests should proceed to the reception desk for check-in. The facility offers secure access with available elevators and wheelchair-friendly amenities. Operational hours are comprehensive, accommodating different schedules. Parking is available in the vicinity, offering convenience for those arriving by car. The entire venue is set up to ensure ease of navigation for all visitors.

Review summary
Across 16 detailed Google reviews, members describe a well-kept professional workspace in the heart of Nuremberg, positioned just a short subway ride from the main train station and easily accessible for both local regulars and travelling workers. The most consistently praised aspect is the staff, who earn repeated appreciation across reviews — one member notes a team member "der uns hier immer super betreut," reflecting a sense of reliable, attentive day-to-day care. Cleanliness runs a close second, with multiple reviewers independently flagging the tidy, well-maintained environment as a baseline expectation that this location consistently meets. The central location draws its own praise, with members pointing out that being just one subway stop from the main train station makes it genuinely practical for client meetings and commutes alike. Rounding out the positive picture, members note that the offices are quiet and conducive to focused work, and that the technical equipment is broadly up to date — small but appreciated details that support a productive working day without friction. Where members do flag a gap, two areas surface. A handful of reviewers note mixed experiences with staff — suggesting that while the service is generally strong, consistency may vary depending on who is on. More pointedly, the Wi-Fi receives direct criticism, with members indicating that connectivity "koennte verbessert werden," making it a consideration for anyone whose work depends heavily on a stable internet connection.

The premises are spacious and well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Even when I had issues with Regus' accounting, they stood by my side and tried to resolve the problem! Special thanks go to Mr. Beqiri and the rest of the team!

We were located in the Regus ZeltnerEck for two years. The location, just one subway stop from the main train station, is perfect. Variable room sizes offer the option to adapt to business needs. The center's facilities are state-of-the-art. Common areas are generally well-maintained and perfect for daily use. The center team is friendly and accommodating, but in many respects, they are bound by the group's guidelines. After terminating our lease due to a relocation, things became somewhat complicated. It required several follow-ups to get our security deposit back. We recommend documenting all interactions with screenshots and in writing.
