Servicequalität sieht anders aus. Kosten-Nutzen-Relation passt überhaupt nicht zusammen. Reklamationen werden nicht bearbeitet. Center-Management wirkt komplett überfordert. Wegen der Antwort und weil der Service nochmals schlechter geworden ist und weil man sich nicht an die Absprachen bzw. Zusagen hält, wird der zweite Stern auch noch weggenommen. Wegen der Antwort: Wenn man schon telefonisch nicht durch kommt und auch nie!!! zurückgerufen wird - was soll dann eine FB-Anfrage bringen? Ich werde niemandem Regus empfehlen und ich werde auch mittelfristig kündigen.

Service quality looks different. The cost-benefit ratio doesn't match at all. Complaints will not be processed. Center management seems completely overwhelmed. Because of the answer and because the service has become even worse and because the agreements or promises are not kept, the second star is also taken away. Because of the answer: If you can't get through by phone and never!!! is called back - what's the point of an FB request? I will not recommend Regus to anyone and I will also cancel in the medium term.
