This place is completely insane. Their faulty system inexplicably deletes our bank details, and then they send reminders for unpaid bills.

Outrageous and outrageous! Due to technical problems on HQ's end, a payment was not processed. As a result, a payment reminder including fees was sent. Customer service confirmed the technical problems but insisted on the reminder fees. I contacted customer service multiple times, always with the same result. The reminder will not be canceled, despite the fact that the problem was caused by HQ. In my opinion, this is an unbelievable outrage.
