The floor-level position delivers open views across North London and natural light throughout the open-plan areas. The centre operates 24 hours a day with CCTV-monitored access, making it suitable for early starters and late workers alike. Workspace options include private serviced offices, dedicated desks, and access to furnished lounge areas for informal working or client conversations. A set of meeting rooms supports on-site presentations and team sessions without the need to leave the building. Practical additions include on-site car parking, bike storage, shower facilities, and disabled-friendly equipment — a combination that covers the full range of commuting styles. The building is kept to a consistently high standard of cleanliness, and the on-site team is actively present during staffed hours.
5th Floor, The Grange,100 High Street, N14 6BN, London, UK
The Grange sits on High Street in Southgate, a leafy suburban district in the London Borough of Enfield, roughly 10 miles north of Central London. Southgate Underground station — on the Piccadilly line — is a three-minute walk from the building, giving straightforward access to King's Cross St. Pancras in around 25 minutes and to the West End in under 35. The High Street itself offers a concentrated run of cafés, supermarkets, and lunch options within a few minutes on foot, including several independent coffee shops that suit a change of scene during the working day. Chase Side and the broader Southgate town centre provide banking, pharmacy, and convenience retail close by. For those driving, the building's on-site car park removes the usual North London parking pressure. The area is predominantly low-rise and relatively quiet compared to inner-London office districts, which makes Southgate an appealing base for businesses serving clients across the northern suburbs.
Yes — Regus is a serviced office provider, meaning offices come fully furnished and ready to use, with reception support, utilities, and building services included in the rental. At The Grange Southgate, this includes 24-hour access, CCTV, meeting rooms, and on-site parking.
Review summary
Across 16 detailed Google reviews, Regus on The Grange in Southgate registers as a clean, well-presented office environment in a relatively accessible north London neighbourhood, with the surrounding area drawing particular appreciation for its walkability to the station. Staff are the most frequently discussed aspect of the experience, and the balance is broadly positive — members describe "lovely staff" who contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, and the general design of the space earns similar praise for feeling considered and professional. Reviewers also highlight the views and sense of light and space, with "awesome views" cited as a genuine day-to-day pleasure. Cleanliness comes through consistently, with members noting the space feels well-maintained and spacious. Meeting rooms have served members well for client-facing occasions, and the food and drinks offering earns a quiet mention, with at least one member singling out the pastries as a small but appreciated touch. Where the space stands out less favourably, a recurring thread concerns pricing. Several members flag that rents have increased sharply over time, with one noting costs are "hiked up massively," making it a meaningful concern for longer-term occupants weighing value. Accessibility draws criticism as well, particularly around parking, which a number of reviewers describe as poor. On the staff front, while the majority of mentions are warm, a handful of members note inconsistencies in service that temper the overall picture slightly.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Atmosphere, and Cleanliness. The most-raised point to know about is Value for money.
