Review summary
Across 66 detailed Google reviews, members describe a well-positioned office destination on the Strand, sitting at the centre of London's professional and cultural life, with easy access to the city's transport network and key business districts. The aspect that draws the most consistent praise is the staff. Reviewers repeatedly single out the on-site team — often naming the centre manager David by name — as genuinely attentive and helpful, with one member describing "a great Regus team led by David, they are all very helpful." The location follows closely behind in the review record: members value being "right in the heart of London, making it incredibly convenient" for client visits, commuting, and the general practicality of a prestigious central address. Pricing is also noted as a recurring positive, with several reviewers observing that rates feel competitive given how central the space is. Meeting rooms, cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere receive further favourable mentions, and members note that clients appreciate the views from the windows. What draws criticism, however, is worth noting honestly. Accessibility is a recurring concern — multiple reviewers flag that one of the lifts has been out of service for an extended period, which creates practical difficulties. A handful of members also raise maintenance issues with individual office fittings, citing slow response times to reported problems. These gaps sit alongside an otherwise positive picture, and prospective members with mobility considerations in particular may want to enquire about current lift status before committing.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Location, and Value for money. The most-raised point to know about is Staff & service.

By the far the worse serviced office provider I have every come across and it's not even close. Suggest anyone looking at this to check other properties instead: 1) Lift availability: One lift has been out of service for most of the past two years and has never been fixed. The other lift works most of the time but is occasionally out of service, meaning anyone working there must walk up to the max 5th floor. I would not recommend renting above the 2nd floor. Communication regarding the permanently out-of-service lift could also be improved as it's basically non existent (re: point 8). 2) Toilet cleanliness: Toilets have consistently lacked proper cleaning and hygiene. See for yourself when you check it out. 3) Room cleanliness: Our rooms have gone uncleaned for extended periods, likely due to disputes with the cleaning contractor. 4) Kitchen cleanliness: The kitchen area is not maintained to an acceptable standard. See for yourself when you check it out. 5) Door maintenance: Our door has been slamming since day one and remains unfixed despite multiple reminders. 6) Post handling and notifications: Charging £14 + VAT for delivering uncollected post to employees was unexpected and is not mentioned in the T&Cs. This creates additional cost and inconvenience for the employer and seems inconsistent with the current work-from-home environment. 7) General building maintenance: Overall maintenance has been subpar. See for yourself when you check it out. 8) The property manager actually doesn't care since it's well above his pay grade. He's just a paper pusher. That's life with Regus, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. Avoid at all cost.

Started renting a couple of weeks and experience so far has been great. Davide has been extremely helpful. No issues at all. All services are working as it should. Location is great. Clients are enjoying the view from the window, including myself. Very much worth the price compared to my previous location.

I had an appointment with one of the offices here and the buzzer didn't work either even after a several attempts. I was out waiting in the heavy rain for 10 minutes with no one answering the intercom. Finally managed to get in when someone politely opened the door for me as they were exiting. I went upstairs and receptionist was just browsing on her phone. Seemed annoyed I was disturbing her. Very bad service and please sort out your intercom!!
