Romer House sits on Lewisham High Street in SE13, placing the centre at the commercial core of Lewisham town centre. The area is one of south-east London's most connected districts: Lewisham rail and DLR station is within walking distance, giving direct access to Canary Wharf, Greenwich, and London Bridge. The High Street itself is lined with everyday conveniences — banks, cafés, supermarkets, and retail — making errands straightforward on a working day. Lewisham Shopping Centre is immediately nearby for lunch options. The surrounding neighbourhood blends residential streets with a busy commercial strip, and ongoing regeneration investment in the borough has brought new hospitality and food options to the area. For drivers, car parking is available at the centre itself, which is an uncommon convenience for a London workspace. Bus routes along the High Street extend reach further into Deptford, Catford, and beyond.
Regus is a global flexible workspace provider offering serviced offices, coworking desks, meeting rooms, and virtual office services. Operating in over 120 countries, it gives businesses access to professional workspace on short-term or rolling contracts, without the overhead of a traditional office lease.
Review summary
Across 22 detailed Google reviews, members describe Regus Lewisham Riverdale as a clean, well-managed workspace in southeast London that earns consistent praise for the people running it. Staff are by far the most mentioned aspect, with members singling out Rafael and Iulian by name as attentive and proactive — "always helping everyone" is a phrase that captures the tone repeatedly. The building itself draws admiration too, with reviewers calling it immaculate and tidy, and the open-plan areas described as modern and well-lit. For those who need to concentrate, the quiet working environment is a recurring highlight, and a reliable high-speed internet connection and a decent coffee offering — including a noted hazelnut latte — add to the day-to-day comfort. What sets this location apart in members' accounts is less about the physical fit-out and more about the human element: the front-of-house team creates a warmth that several reviewers say makes the space feel genuinely welcoming rather than corporate and anonymous. The location also draws positive mentions from members who find it well-suited to their commutes in the area. There are honest gaps worth noting. Pricing attracts more criticism than praise, with members suggesting costs can feel steep relative to what is offered, even if some find it more reasonable than comparable Regus sites. Cleanliness, while mostly praised, draws the occasional complaint. The car park access also draws a pointed remark, with at least one member reporting vehicle damage navigating the exit.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Cleanliness, and Atmosphere. The most-raised point to know about is Cleanliness.

We are new to the property but we are not impressed on our first 2 months . We always have to chase management to clean our office , in 2 months office has only been cleaned twice and it was the receptionist who had to come and do it himself. Again keep an eye on your emails at all times because if you fail in payment by 1 hour, you will automatically loose access to all entrance in the property

Avoid Regus – extremely poor management and distressing experience My experience with Regus has been genuinely one of the most stressful and poorly managed business arrangements I have ever dealt with. Despite paying high monthly fees, the service provided was nowhere near the standard promised. Communication was consistently poor, important administrative matters were mishandled, and there was a complete lack of accountability when serious issues arose. I was repeatedly passed between staff members with no one taking ownership or resolving problems. What made this experience particularly distressing is that Regus’ failures directly led to financial loss, unnecessary legal stress, and significant emotional distress. Issues that should have been handled internally and competently were ignored, leaving me to deal with consequences that should never have occurred in the first place. For a company that markets itself as providing “premium” and “hassle-free” office solutions, the reality was the exact opposite. The lack of care shown towards small business owners is shocking, especially when you are relying on them to manage essential matters correctly. I would strongly advise anyone considering Regus to think very carefully, get everything in writing, and not assume that basic responsibilities will be handled properly. I regret choosing Regus and would not use their services again. also I have emailed you lorraine Brule on multiple occasions each time you didn't address me directly but sent an automated email from your assistant.
