Regus Fleet Street occupies a six-storey, Grade II listed building dating from 1873 at 107-111 Fleet Street — one of London's most recognisable addresses, set in the heart of the legal and historic publishing district. The centre offers a range of flexible workspace options including private offices, coworking desks, and dedicated meeting rooms suited to teams of varying sizes. Disabled-friendly equipment and a lounge area are available on-site, supporting both accessibility and comfort throughout the working day. Review summary
Across 76 detailed Google reviews, members describe a professional office environment occupying a well-regarded stretch of Fleet Street in central London, convenient for the City and the wider legal and media district it sits within. The aspect that draws the most consistent comment is the staff. Reviewers repeatedly credit the on-site team with making the experience work, with one member singling out "Arkadius is fantastic" as representative of a hands-on, responsive approach that many say compensates for broader operational frustrations. Location is the other clear bright spot — members point to an impressive address, strong transport links, and notable views as genuine draws for client-facing businesses. Meeting rooms receive steady praise as well-suited for small-group use, and the general atmosphere is described as professional and workable, with several reviewers noting that the office itself is bright and carries a good outlook over the street. Where the evidence is more mixed, light and space draw a split response — some members appreciate the openness, while others find particular areas fall short of expectations. Honest gaps surface clearly in the data. Pricing is a recurring frustration, with multiple members citing unexpected charges — one referencing a bill of over £400 for minor items — and describing the billing process as opaque. Cleanliness is flagged as a meaningful issue, with kitchens and bathrooms specifically called out as poorly maintained. A few members also note equipment failures, traffic noise that disrupts focus, and at least one instance of access barriers not functioning on arrival.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Atmosphere, and Location. The most-raised point to know about is Value for money.

Nice office space to rent, we hired a room for 6 of us to work from as we are all remote workers. This was a nice location not far from Farringdon station.

Great location, but otherwise the facilities provided are poor. Toilets are small, too few and filthy. Some of the meeting rooms are very dark. The screen provided was too small for the room. Reception left unattended for too long.
