Review summary
Across 115 detailed Google reviews, this Regus location comes through as a dependable, well-run workspace sitting at the heart of the City of London, steps from Fenchurch Street Station. The single most consistent theme in member feedback is the quality of the on-site team. Staff members Yeti and Nahid are mentioned by name across multiple reviews, with members describing them as "outstanding" and praising their attentive, responsive approach to day-to-day needs. That human element clearly shapes the overall impression of the space far more than any single physical feature. Beyond the people, members find the offices clean, well-proportioned, and easy to settle into, with one reviewer noting the space was "perfect" for their needs. The setup is practical rather than showy — everything necessary to work is available and straightforward to use, and the kitchen stays well stocked with coffee and tea. Location draws quiet but consistent praise: the address is described as very central, convenient for City clients, and notably quieter than some larger coworking competitors, with one member observing it is "more silent and cheaper than WeWork." On the gaps side, pricing draws at least one critical mention, suggesting costs may feel steep for occasional or light users even if regulars consider it fair value. Staff conduct also carries a single negative signal, indicating that while the team earns overwhelmingly positive remarks, experiences are not entirely uniform across all interactions.

Yeti, at the reception, is very friendly. I did the onboarding with her and the information was very helpful. EDIT: While Yeti is indeed very friendly, my experience with Regus' pricing has been very disappointing. I signed a rolling contract only a few months ago at a certain monthly rate, and the price has since increased to roughly three times the original amount within a single month, without prior notification. This kind of sudden change makes it difficult to plan or rely on the initially advertised rates. Prospective customers should be aware that the price you start with may not remain stable even over a short period of time. EDIT (again): I insisted to write "Yeti is friendly" in the previous reviews because Yeti asks to write good reviews as their bonus apparently depends on it. Most of the other reviews here are driven by the same motivation.
