Hello, having used the restrooms on November 25th, I was shocked and disappointed to see so many imperfections so quickly in a recently renovated tower! Furthermore, after reading the comments from the tenants of these offices, I am outraged to see a dishonest business practice regarding the new billing!

As a Regus client for over 10 years, I am extremely disappointed by the way this company treats its loyal customers. My monthly payments have always been regular and without any issues. However, recently, Regus tried to bill me for 12 months at once, without warning, even though my contract clearly stipulates monthly payments over 3 years. After reporting this error to customer service, I was assured they would correct the situation. The result: two months later, nothing has changed. The monthly payments are still blocked, I am receiving reminders for the unjustified 12-month bill, and each representative passes the buck without ever resolving the problem. Unfortunately, this isn't the only problem: about seven months ago, they imposed a rent increase of over €800 per month, with the only alternative being to vacate the premises. I had no choice but to accept this forced increase. While talking with other tenants in the same building, I discovered they only received a €100 price increase after threatening to leave. This kind of unfair and arbitrary practice is unacceptable. After all these issues, I even asked to leave Regus, but they refuse, leaving me stuck with them despite my desire to leave. In my research, I found that their competitors now offer much more attractive deals, with more services and more reasonable rates. It's truly a shame: after 10 years of loyalty, I expected a minimum of appreciation and professionalism. Today, Regus seems more concerned with sales pressure and exorbitant price increases than with customer satisfaction.
