The centre offers coworking desks, private day offices, and meeting rooms bookable by the hour — a practical setup for professionals catching or departing Eurostar and Thalys services. The surrounding neighbourhood is a dense, working urban quarter with pharmacies, brasseries, and tabacs within easy walking distance. Review summary
Across 40 detailed Google reviews, this express coworking outpost sits within one of Paris's busiest rail hubs, making it a natural stop for professionals passing through Gare du Nord. Members describe a bright, well-lit space with a pleasant atmosphere that feels notably calm given its surroundings, with several noting it as "a bright, quiet location" — a genuine contrast to the noise of the station below. Location is consistently praised as a standout strength, with members appreciating direct proximity to transport links that makes dropping in before or between journeys straightforward. The spacious meeting rooms draw positive remarks as well, and the overall atmosphere is described warmly, with one reviewer calling it "a very pleasant site." For those needing a focused few hours in central Paris, the convenience factor is difficult to match. The most significant and recurring concern, however, centres on staff. While individual interactions are occasionally highlighted — one reviewer mentions "the young man's professionalism and warm welcome" — negative experiences with staff attitude and service are the most frequently mentioned theme across reviews. Cleanliness and equipment reliability also attract repeated criticism, with members flagging issues such as heating being out of order. Noise levels divide opinion, with some finding the space suitably quiet and others less so. Pricing draws more criticism than praise, and at least one member notes difficulty making calls from the phone booths. For a drop-in visit the location is compelling, but the operational consistency leaves room for improvement.
Members most consistently praise Atmosphere, Location, and Light & space. The most-raised point to know about is Staff & service.

A bright, quiet location close to transport links, a team that listens and helps. Thank you very much!

Avoid at all costs! Customer service is unreachable by phone, the person at the Gare du Nord reception desk does their best, but the room is extremely noisy on the street side: construction work, car horns, very uncomfortable single-glazed windows, a very bad experience and difficulty changing rooms... I do not recommend it at all.

Exceptionally poor. A far cry from what we were promised, with a turnover rate worthy of a reality TV show for the reception staff, offices never cleaned, utter nonchalance from management despite our numerous calls and formal notices, and nothing being done about heating the offices. A complete disaster.

As a tenant at the Regus Gare du Nord office center, I have been experiencing major heating problems for several weeks. The central heating is out of order, and the provided space heaters were either faulty or insufficient, making the offices virtually unusable in the middle of winter. Beyond the technical issue, customer service and center management have been unresponsive. Despite numerous follow-ups, no lasting solution has been found. This experience has severely disrupted our business operations and highlights a significant lack of oversight in the center's management. I hope this feedback will encourage a swift improvement in the management and handling of problems at this center.

Working in their offices is like having sleep paralysis. You can hear everything, see everything, but you can't move because you're too cold. And the taps have been sealed off with tape for six months. So you can't wash your hands, and people queue up for the only toilet with a tap on the entire floor. Wonderful.

Utterly incompetent, acting in bad faith. No one is in charge. There are (numerous) rodents, no heating, and the toilet sink has been out of order for six months. Everything is a mess. I regret joining this center.
