Review summary
Across 37 detailed Google reviews, this express coworking outpost inside Amsterdam Centraal station reads as a practical refuge for travellers and transit workers who need a quiet desk between connections — convenience and location being its defining character. The aspect that members mention most is the staff, by a considerable margin. Reviewers consistently describe the front desk team as warm and attentive, with one member singling out "the lovely young woman" as "incredibly kind," and others pointing to a sense of "genuine hospitality" that feels uncommon for a pass-through space. The calm, focused atmosphere reinforces the appeal: members note it is a "quiet place, not too noisy," and several mention that cleanliness is well maintained, with one describing everything as "very clean." Where the space stands out is precisely in what surrounds it — the immediate accessibility of a major international rail hub — and in staff flexibility, with at least one reviewer noting that the manager arranged exclusive use of an entire floor to accommodate a booking. Honest gaps are worth noting, however. Food and drinks draw the most criticism of any single aspect: multiple members flag the absence of snacks and describe the refreshment options as severely limited, with one writing "no food, no snacks, and just one small drink." The physical space itself also attracts a minority of negative comments, with words like "small" and "shabby" appearing, and a couple of reviewers mention that the Wi-Fi, while free, can run slow — something to factor in for data-heavy work sessions.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Atmosphere, and Cleanliness. The most-raised point to know about is Coffee & food.

Worst lounge Ive ever been to (And Ive been to quite a few.) Small, shabby, "one drink only", messy restroom, not much offered.

Quiet place, not too noisy. Don't expect lounge amenities, you'll only get one non-alcoholic drink, tea/coffee, and nothing else. I want to thank the person at reception, he gave us a pro tip that helped us move our trip up and it worked. Instead of 6:10pm, we got the 5:10pm Eurostar train.

Had a great experience here in previous visits, but now the staff came up to me clearly doubting why im here and checking my membership eventhough i could clearly show my access code. Was not offered any drinks or coffee by the staff and was treated poorly. Bizarre for a membership of 79euro per month! Very disappointed
