Friendliness is evident in the receptionist. She is supposed to greet visitors "friendly" as a receptionist. As visitors, we were unaware that the Silver Palace is her own business.

The doorman was extremely rude. If you want to go to the visitor parking lot, you get yelled at over the intercom and told to get an access card from the company where you have an appointment. I find that unacceptable.
