Very rude! I don't recommend it! The comments here are correct! Everything was fine for the first term. As soon as you cancel, they start sending more bills and threatening to seize your account! Get a lawyer and sue them!

Fraud! I've hired a lawyer. Regus is claiming we have a contract we never signed. We have proof from Regus that we received a cancellation confirmation and keys, yet they're sending us emails saying we owe money?! What am I supposed to pay for? Aside from the fact that I've repeatedly asked them to send me this alleged contract, and I never received a reply, instead of months of silence, the whole thing starts again! I'm now waiting for my lawyer, and we'll see each other in court! Ideally, everyone who has had a bad experience with them should join forces and sue Regus; there are more than enough cases!

I am very disappointed and shocked by this behavior. I was a customer of yours and canceled the contract on time, providing ample evidence via email and the app. Unfortunately, I have been demanding the return of my deposit for some time now – it is my right – but I haven't received a response. Funnily enough, I received an email today asking me to pay a sum of money. Please contact me to refund my money!
