DC Tower Donau-City-Straße 7,30. Etage, 1220, Vienna, Austria
DC Tower stands in Donau City (also known as Vienna's "UN City" district), the modern high-rise quarter on the eastern bank of the Danube developed around the Vienna International Centre — home to multiple United Nations agencies. The area is one of Vienna's most internationally oriented business zones, with multinational tenants, diplomatic institutions, and contemporary architecture concentrated in a compact footprint. The Donaupark — a large riverside green space — lies immediately adjacent, offering an easy lunchtime escape. Donaumarina U-Bahn station (U2 line) provides a direct connection to central Vienna in under 10 minutes, linking the tower to the city's main rail hubs and the broader public transit network. Vienna International Airport is reachable via the City Airport Train (CAT) or S-Bahn in roughly 30–40 minutes, making Donau City a practical base for internationally mobile professionals.
DC Tower is Austria's tallest skyscraper, rising 250 metres above Vienna's Donau City district. Completed in 2013 and designed by Dominique Perrault, it houses offices, a hotel, and the 57 Restaurant & Lounge, and serves as a flagship address for Regus's coworking and serviced office centre on the 30th floor.
Review summary
Across 48 detailed Google reviews, Regus DC Tower emerges as a high-floor office address inside one of Vienna's most recognisable skyscrapers, drawing members who value the prestige and panorama that come with it. Location is the most consistently praised aspect, with reviewers pointing to sweeping city vistas — one member describes it as a "perfect view over Vienna" — and the sense of arrival that a landmark tower provides. Food and drinks also earn warm mentions, with casual notes about the on-site refreshments, including a referenced Aperol Spritz, adding a social ease to the working day. A smoking terrace rounds out the amenities that members flag positively. Where the picture grows more complicated is in the staff experience, which draws the highest volume of mentions overall and skews notably negative; multiple reviewers describe interactions that fell short of the attentive, professional service they expected at this price point. Pricing itself is a recurring frustration, with several members characterising costs as significantly inflated relative to what is delivered. Cleanliness and maintenance draw concern too, with one member noting broken mains sockets left unaddressed for years, while the atmosphere is described by at least one reviewer as cold rather than welcoming. Navigation within the building also surfaces as a minor friction point, with signage and orientation noted as areas that could be clearer for first-time visitors. Taken together, the reviews paint a space where the address and views impress, but the day-to-day execution leaves room for improvement.
Members most consistently praise Location, Coffee & food, and Outdoor space. The most-raised point to know about is Staff & service.

Administrative disaster! I booked immediately with my credit card. The amount for the office booking was debited from my account immediately after my visit, but since then I've received four emails because Regus can't seem to process my payment. I've called several times and spoken with the DC Tower Regus team, but no one could help me. Even though the amount has been debited from my account, and I sent the confirmation to the team, I'm now being threatened with late fees. To communicate with the team further, they tell me I have to create an account. It's like Asterix and Obelix in the House of the Mad.
