The heating has been broken for a month, and the management shows no sign of getting it repaired. It's January and freezing cold. The reception, which is supposed to be the contact person for tenants, is apparently powerless. The door lock in the women's restroom on the 5th floor was also broken for months. No response. Things are chaotic in the offices... scandalous!!!
