Unfortunately, due to the lack of transparency and high costs, I cannot give a positive review of the HQ at Bornheimer Str. 127. I recommend that you rent an office elsewhere.

Absolutely not recommended: overpriced, €1300 for an office, and I mention this price because they advertise much lower rates, which are not the reality, and you can't find any prices online. Therefore, there is no transparency. Furthermore, they add a restoration fee of around €500. Generally, there are fees for everything, even things you don't use or didn't even want. In fact, my lawyer has already been informed, and these kinds of tactics are not uncommon in such cases. Otherwise, the office is relatively modern and the location is good—the only positive thing, but I'm not giving it another star for that. Stay away!

Unfortunately, using a meeting room in Bonn for the second time also caused problems. The room itself was fine, and the colleague on site was very friendly. The trouble started with the billing, when several errors were reported. This led to an exchange of emails and ultimately to the provider admitting a system error. As a customer, I have little desire to invest time and effort in resolving such errors.
