Im HQ kann man sich Büro/ Sitzungsräume anmieten, ordentlich und sauber, das HQ zeichnet sich aus, durch eine Rezeption, so sind hier mehrere Firmen ansässig, auch Navaé by Bella Abnehmen im Liegen, ein sehr schönes kleines Studio. . Mit anderen Worten: Hier ist vieles möglich!

We have been clients at HQ Teltow for two years. The offices are well-equipped and offer a pleasant working atmosphere. The community room and business lounge can be used free of charge from anywhere in the world. The location is easily accessible by car and public transport. Parking is available outside or in the underground garage. The dedicated center team ensures smooth operations and provides competent support to tenants with all their needs. My coworking space is currently perfect for my industry. I highly recommend it!

Wir sind seit zwei Jahren Kunde im HQ Teltow. Die Büros sind gut ausgestattet und bieten eine angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre. Den Community-Raum und die Business Lounge kann man weltweit kostenlos nutzen. Sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist der Standort schnell erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es draußen oder in der Tiefgarage. Das engagierte Center-Team sorgt für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und unterstützt die Mieter kompetent bei allen Anliegen. Mein Coworking-Arbeitsplatz ist derzeit perfekt für meine Branche. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!

I applied for an underground parking space at HQ Teltow, which was advertised for €90 on ALL major real estate portals. I applied and subsequently received calls from four (four!) different Regus locations (Düsseldorf, Airport MUC, Airport SFX, and HQ Teltow). Finally, a week later, I ended up with a lady who is actually responsible for the property in Teltow (near Berlin). The rental agreement, which was sent to me without further comment, was not for €90, but for €100 plus VAT. And you are actually only allowed to park one car (passenger car!) officially registered with the landlord there, no motorcycle, no alternative vehicle, no visitors. "The landlord doesn't want that." Well, then I don't want the parking space either. (We do have a vehicle pool consisting of several vehicles and several branches.) And I don't want a meeting room either, even though we could use one regularly. And I don't want anything else from Regus/HQ either. It's a real shame. And, in my opinion, unnecessarily over-regulated and a bit dubious. "The tenant doesn't want that!"
