I worked in this office for a year. The place is comfortable, but the sales management is aggressive and lacks transparency. As soon as I moved in, they charged me an "unlimited coffee fee" for the first month without warning. They simply add it to the bill by default, and you have to notice and ask them to cancel it. If you're not careful, you keep paying it without realizing it. During the year, they tried to charge me for things I wasn't entitled to several times, and when the contract ended, I found an automatic renewal with a price increase, without any clear notice. They also demanded an extra deposit for only staying one more month (they give you a "grace period") and wanted me to pay over €1,700 for a minimal office with two pieces of furniture. Good location, but a frustrating experience. If you don't scrutinize everything, they'll charge you whatever they want. Beware of the fine print and what they assume is "a given."

The management system is appalling. The reception staff is polite, but they can't offer much help beyond directing you to head office. The computer system is terrible; it can't cancel reservations without deducting the cost or rescheduling them for another day, and reception can't offer any assistance. When you submit an online inquiry, it takes a whopping 12 days for them to respond about what happened, and all they say is that they need to conduct a "more detailed investigation." The organization is abysmal, particularly regarding head office.
