I was looking for a coworking space and had the misfortune of walking through the door at Regus. An empty, soulless space that I rented for six months. After five months, I notified them of my cancellation, as I had discussed with Julio. To my surprise, they took the liberty of extending my plan by three months. And of course, the only communication I received from them was payment notifications. It was impossible to get in touch with anyone. No response to my repeated emails. Only the phrase "I'll look into it" in response to my calls. A huge disappointment with the center and the quality of service I received.

Don't trust them. From experience. They don't honor contracts, and when you try to cancel due to breach of contract, they demand everything back.
