Modern premises and exceptionally friendly staff

For just over a year now, I've had my practice at the REGUS Business Center Augsburg, located at Viktoriastraße 3B, right next to the main train station, and I'm extremely satisfied with the services. My clients always receive a warm welcome and feel well taken care of from the very first moment. I also greatly appreciate the professional atmosphere. The permanently rented office space with its view over Augsburg offers a quiet and pleasant working environment, perfect for focused work. Despite the central location, there's no noise or commotion. Another major advantage is the excellent accessibility: right next to the main train station, easily reachable by train, tram, and car. The building also houses a large underground parking garage, and there are additional parking options nearby, as well as numerous restaurants and cafés. The international flexibility that REGUS offers is particularly valuable to me. My permanent contract allows me to use REGUS business centers worldwide – whether in other cities in Germany, in Switzerland, or even for business in Dubai. This freedom to work flexibly at different locations without having to sign fixed leases everywhere is a huge advantage. The Regus offices are modern and clean. The location is ideal, as it's very centrally located near the main train station and therefore easily accessible. The team there was always friendly and helpful. The shared kitchen and restrooms were also tidy and clean. One minor criticism might be that additional services aren't included in the monthly fee. For example, use of the printer or booking a meeting room. This is a bit of a shame, as I think such services should be included in a shared office. This is probably due to Regus' general guidelines. However, this might not bother everyone if they don't use these services anyway. Nevertheless, if you're looking for flexible and well-equipped office space, Regus is a good choice!
