The ra:ume shared office on Hohenzollernring rents fully furnished private offices over four upper floors, in four sizes from Office Space S for one or two workstations to Office Space XL for six to ten. The rooms have oiled oak parquet, stylish glass partitions and professional office furniture, and the heart of the house is the lounge on every floor, with an open kitchen for coffee, cold drinks and a snack in between. The monthly rent is a fixed all-in price: 24/7 access, VLAN and Wi-Fi, cooling on demand, cleaning, a drinks and snack service and all running costs are included, and every company gets its own doorbell, intercom, mailbox and company branding. You choose a term of three or six months or open-ended. Meeting rooms, event and conference space, underground parking and storage rooms can be booked on top; the house has a meeting room for up to eight people, and a seminar floor with lounge and a roof terrace that each take up to 70 guests. The house is on Hohenzollernring, part of the Ring around Cologne's city centre, right next to the Belgian Quarter, whose many shops and popular restaurants are ideal for a short break from work. Friesenplatz U-Bahn station is one minute on foot, Rudolfplatz station five minutes, and Köln West S-Bahn station is also about five minutes' walk away. Cologne Cathedral and the main station can be reached in around ten minutes on foot.

I was completely satisfied with the office space provided by Räume GmbH on Hohenzollernring! The atmosphere is modern, professional, and yet pleasantly relaxed. The facilities leave nothing to be desired – everything is clean, well-designed, and state-of-the-art. The central location with excellent transport links is particularly noteworthy, making meetings and appointments much easier. The on-site team is also exceptionally helpful and friendly. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.
