Project Reborn is a non-profit creative collective in the Born with a street-level showroom and a shared office, set in a building that was first a fish factory and later a garage. Its two founders, a graphic designer and a film composer, renovated it in 2021 by repurposing what they found: old staircase steps became shelves, cupboards became the kitchen with leftover copper pipes as handles, and the sofa and chairs were custom-built from reclaimed parts. The result is an airy, green split-level space with a mezzanine, entered through a garden. Residents in the shared office get a fixed desk with 24-hour access 365 days a year for €210 a month plus VAT, with a drawer, cupboard and open shelf space, fast Wi-Fi, cleaning, an alarm, a fully equipped kitchen, a chill-out sofa that doubles as a meeting corner, and a moveable workbench with tools. They can display a small selection of their products in the showroom and get 50 to 75% off renting it. Life at Reborn revolves around eco-forward and creative projects: community meals, exhibitions, documentary nights, talks, pop-ups and workshops. The showroom can be rented for sustainability-related projects at €180 a day plus VAT, a worktable for ten costs €20 an hour plus VAT for workshops, and an acoustically designed audiovisual suite is available for select projects such as voice-overs and podcast recordings.

I had an exhibition here. The two owners are full of love, incredibly kind, easy to talk to, and very supportive. I fell in love with them right away! Not only is the location great, but the atmosphere of the space itself is also truly charming, beautiful and creative. Everything about this experience was wonderful. I highly recommend it!!

Stopped in for the wigs and wine experience and ended up staying for hours 😆 Was super fun trying on different personas… was such an innovative way to engage so deeply and personally with art. The paintings were beautiful too - so much effort has clearly been poured into them… and the paper art blew my mind - how much patience do all 3 of these artists have?!?!?! Wow! This space is truly unique! 🤩

We organized an event to launch our olive oil, and it was a huge success. The venue is beautiful, very well-equipped, and located right in the heart of the Born district. Sandra and Simón are lovely, always available, and they were incredibly helpful with the organization. Highly recommended!
