Peckham Levels isn't your typical coworking space — it's a former multi-storey car park on Rye Lane that's been reimagined into one of South London's most distinctive creative hubs. Hot desks, studios, and a UAL-partnered exhibition space sit under the same roof as a bar, food hall, phone booths, and meeting rooms flooded with natural light. Hit Level 6 and you get panoramic London skyline views alongside MULTI STORY, a bar and food hall that runs free weekly DJ nights, games evenings, and Sunday roasts. The community here isn't an afterthought — programming actively champions local, queer, Black and underrepresented voices through workshops, talks, and cultural events. Part of The Trampery network, Peckham Levels also runs the EVO Pioneers programme supporting under-represented entrepreneurs. If you want a desk that comes with a genuine sense of place and purpose, this is it.
Peckham Levels offers Game Area, On-site Bar, Phone Booths, Lounge Area, Lifts, Highspeed Wifi, Lots of Natural Light, Reception Desk and 10 more amenities.

Peckham Levels sits on Rye Lane — the beating heart of Peckham and one of South London's most culturally rich streets. Independent businesses, market stalls, record shops, and late-night spots line the road in both directions, making lunchtime or an after-work wander genuinely rewarding. The surrounding neighbourhood is culturally diverse and rapidly evolving, known for its arts scene, strong community identity, and a wave of independent creative businesses that have made Peckham a destination in its own right rather than just a postcode on the way somewhere else. Peckham Rye Overground station is the closest rail link, with frequent services into London Bridge, Canada Water, and Highbury & Islington. Peckham Bus Station serves a wide spread of routes across South and Central London. The nearest tube, per transit data, is Bermondsey on the Jubilee line — reachable by bus in around 10 minutes. Step-free access is available throughout the building via lift.
Located at 95A Rye Lane, SE15 4ST. The main entrance is on Rye Lane. Step-free access is available throughout the building via a lift — all events and the main bar/food hall (MULTI STORY) are on Level 6. The gig space (IKLECTIK) and workspaces are on lower floors. Walk-ins are generally welcome for regular events.

Definitely recommend this place for everyone! The place is so cozy, with diverse and lovely furniture, like a different fantasy when you come. The flat white is also very great. If I had chance to visit here again, I will definitely visit this place again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the visit here. I was there visiting a friend who had a jewellery making workshop. Got some lovely food from the bar aswell. Full of stalls from crafting materials to home made preserves. It's a great place to spend a rainy Sunday.

This place is awesome. Its so quirky and has a rooftop bar and cafe which is open during the week. The views over central London are amazing. We went because they put in arts performances at the weekends. Been to 2 so far, the first being a double piano recital which was awesome. It's actually a disused multi storey carpark that's been turned into an arts centre. It's a surreal experience sitting on chairs arranged on a concrete floor but it works. Worth checking out. It is funded by private doners so not commercial. Going to 2 more performances later in the year. London symphony orchestra and Rachmaninoff.

I will say that this is a very interesting building with small businesses inside like shops, bars, and takeaways and has a big rootop bar with an amazing view of London. The facilities inside are very run down, and there are hardly any directions with multiple entrances and no parking.

Loved the food from The Grub Club. Definitely a highlight of the place. A place to gather and chill and hang out with pretty much most of what you'd need if you have good company. Music, a bar, a few places to eat, karaoke. The karaoke room is very small but still a decent place to enjoy when in the company of friends.
