Oficinas YA Velázquez is a business centre of the OficinasYA! network on the ground floor of Calle de Velázquez 86B, on the Golden Mile of Madrid's Barrio de Salamanca, one of three OficinasYA! centres a few streets apart in the district. Remodelled in 2004, it has eight interior and exterior private offices of 11 to 39 m² and a boardroom for 10 people. Offices are rented by the hour or by the month and are handed over furnished and equipped, ready to work on the day you sign; a monthly office comes with its own key, the company's registered address, phone, connection, cleaning, utilities and maintenance, and clients can use hot desks across the network's 35 centres. Contracts are monthly or quarterly, renew automatically and need 15 to 30 days' notice, with a two-month deposit. Across the network, offices start at €8.50 an hour or €270 a month plus IVA and virtual office plans at €20 a month plus IVA; the price at Velázquez is confirmed by phone. Reception is staffed Monday to Thursday 9:00–14:00 and 14:30–18:00 and Friday 9:00–17:00, with shorter hours from 15 June to 15 September, and office clients have 24/7 access with building surveillance.

Núñez de Balboa station (Metro lines 5 and 9) is a few minutes away, buses run along Velázquez and nearby streets, and there is a taxi rank within 200 metres, with good road links to the airport.
