Every package is all-inclusive: 24/7 access, fast LAN and Wi-Fi, the shared kitchen and lounge, and free water and tea. Each desk is electrically height-adjustable and comes with an ergonomic chair and two monitors with keyboard and mouse, so you only bring your laptop; lockable cabinets and a soundproof phone booth are on hand. Desk Light gives you five working days a month for €99, a fixed desk costs €199 a month, small lockable offices for one or two people start at €400 and team offices for three to five at €750, with the underground car park included. A large conference room for up to eight and a small meeting room for up to four are free for members when available and can also be booked by the hour or day without a membership. A business address with your own letterbox costs €50 a month, or €25 with a shared one. Members also train free at the gym in the same building, showers included, and the first day is a free trial. Office am Viadukt is on Georg-Schumann-Straße, one of the main roads through Leipzig's north-west, right by the brick viaduct that gives the space its name. Bus and tram stop outside the door, and a Kaufland supermarket is directly opposite. The building itself mixes shops and services: a hairdresser, an ice-cream parlour, the Vietnamese restaurant Akari, a pizzeria, a Sparkasse branch and a parcel service are all under the same roof, as is the Fitness am Viadukt gym. Drivers can park in the large underground car park in the building.

Beautiful, bright rooms. Friendly colleagues and plenty of space. Super ergonomic (large, electrically height-adjustable) desks, ergonomic office chairs, and two monitors on every desk. I can't imagine a better coworking space in Leipzig, especially considering the value for money. I'm really impressed!

The office by the viaduct is a truly fantastic find! The rooms are very modern, superbly equipped, and there's a very pleasant, professional working atmosphere. Whether for focused work or important meetings – it's perfect. The location with the viaduct is also wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a first-class workplace!

I come here once or twice a week now to really focus and get things done. The atmosphere, with all the plants and the bright design, is incredibly pleasant and inviting – you immediately feel at ease. The equipment is top-notch (large monitors, plenty of space at the desk, electrically height-adjustable!), and most importantly: the people here are simply fantastic! You can feel the positive energy here. In terms of value for money, it's unbeatable in the region, in my opinion. If you're looking for a place to work productively with friendly faces, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended!

I've been renting a desk at the Office am Viadukt for about eight months now and I'm completely satisfied! The working atmosphere is fantastic, you meet really nice people here, and great conversations often arise. The infrastructure leaves nothing to be desired: the technology works flawlessly, the internet is fast, and the workstations are top-notch.
