Nutrion - Premium Coworking Space in heart of Munich at Odeonsplatz.

We moved out over a year ago and have not yet received our deposit back, are being put off and are now going to court... According to legal regulations, the landlord has up to 6 months to pay back a deposit. Unfortunately, despite repeated requests and reminders, there was neither an invoice nor a refund within 6 months. When we called in a lawyer, we received a bill, but it was obviously completely incorrect. We pointed out that this billing was incorrect, and some time later there was another completely incorrect billing. When you ask the nutrion management what it is, you are told that an external law firm takes care of the billing. If you ask the law firm, you are put off with “the colleague who is doing it is not there at the moment” or “we are already working on it and will get in touch without being asked.” Unfortunately nothing else happens. The deposit is an amount of over €40,000. We always paid our rent on time and in full and returned the office clean and in good condition. We have now been waiting for bail for over a year and unfortunately we have no other option than to go to court now. I strongly advise against renting an office here.

Unfriendly management, whoever has access to the building anyway, since you automatically get in with your card, I think it's unnecessary, unfriendly and a kind of arrogance to tell an employee what they're doing there, with such high rental prices I'd rather seek other management wisely.
