The centre is built around flexible private offices: furnished, ready to move into within 24 hours and available on contracts from one month, for teams of under 15, larger teams or a whole floor, with an average of 4.4 m² per workstation. Offices can be customised with your own layout, entrance and rooms, corporate branding and ad-hoc IT, and extra passes let hybrid teams rotate. Office prices are quoted to your team, with an opening promotion for the new centre. Day passes to the shared work areas cost from €23 a day, rooms for meetings and training for 1 to 36 people from €39 an hour, a company registration address from €59 a month and a virtual office from €127 a month, both on 24-month contracts. Office members get 24/7 access and security and a front desk staffed on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00, plus a 300 m² terrace, breakout areas, phone booths, a kitchen and coffee points, IT support, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, call handling, mail management, printers, daily cleaning, filtered water, sustainable coffee, healthy snacks and fruit every month and themed events; parking is available.
