Ten years after the first InnoHub, the company has again opened its home to other creative minds and ambitious companies: on the first and second floors you can rent private workspaces from 14 to 200 m², fitted out to your needs, across more than 2,600 m² in total. Rents are all-inclusive flat rates covering internet, electricity, heating, cleaning, water and coffee, with terms from just one month. Tenants also share the headquarters' canteen, the Town Hall – a mix of lounge, dining hall and event space – and the InnoFit gym, which is open around the clock, and the InnoGames reception team helps out day to day. Parking spaces are available in the underground garage. Prices are not published: you email the facility manager and receive a tailored offer, so you can be working, eating and networking alongside game developers within days.
