Review summary
Reviewers appreciate Impact Hub Barceló for its bright, spacious setting in a central Madrid location and its community-oriented atmosphere, which draws impact-driven organisations and fosters connections. Staff are consistently described as friendly and welcoming. On the practical side, several reviewers flag recurring concerns: opening hours are restricted (no genuine 24/7 access), the open flex area can be noisy with people passing through, phone booths require advance app booking and fill quickly, and day pass pricing allows no flexibility for partial days. Some visitors also note limited English signage.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Atmosphere, and Light & space. The most-raised point to know about is Step-free access.

Despite what it says here, this place is NOT open 24/7. I purchased a day pass in advance, showed up and it was closed. I emailed them immediately asking for a refund - 3 weeks have passed and I have heard nothing. NOT recommended.

Rosalba was the person who helped me. She made my job much easier. She showed me where everything was and offered me breakfast. I've rarely been taken care of so well. I can only give her 5 stars.
