HQ – London, King's Cross St. Pancras occupies Hamilton House, a Grade II listed 1920s building on Mabledon Place in Bloomsbury. The centre offers flexible workspace options including private offices, coworking desks, and meeting rooms — suited to visiting professionals, remote teams, and businesses needing a central London base without a long-term lease. Reception staff are on hand throughout the day, providing a staffed, full-service environment that extends well beyond a simple hot-desk arrangement. Accessibility is built in, with disabled-friendly equipment and a lounge area for breaks between sessions. A vending machine and nearby restaurants mean sustenance is never far away. Positioned almost equidistant between Euston and St Pancras International, the address places occupants within minutes of two of London's busiest mainline terminals — a practical advantage for teams travelling from the Midlands, the North, or continental Europe.

Hamilton House sits on Mabledon Place in Bloomsbury, WC1H — a district that blends the academic institutions of the British Library and UCL with the legal and creative businesses that have grown up around the King's Cross regeneration zone. The building sits almost exactly halfway between Euston station (served by Avanti West Coast and London Northwestern to the Midlands and North) and St Pancras International (Eurostar, East Midlands Railway, and the Underground's St Pancras hub). King's Cross St. Pancras Underground station, one of London's most connected interchanges, serves the Victoria, Piccadilly, Metropolitan, Circle, Hammersmith & City, and Northern lines. The surrounding streets offer a wide range of lunch options, coffee shops, and evening venues along Euston Road and into the regenerated granary district behind King's Cross — making the location workable across a full working day.
King's Cross and St Pancras are two separate but adjacent stations sharing the King's Cross St. Pancras Underground interchange. King's Cross serves LNER and Thameslink rail services, while St Pancras International handles Eurostar and East Midlands Railway. The shared Underground station connects six Tube lines and is roughly a 10-minute walk from Hamilton House.
Review summary
Across 28 detailed Google reviews, HQ King's Cross St. Pancras comes through as a well-connected professional workspace in one of London's busiest transport hubs, drawing a mix of solo workers and small teams who value convenience and a welcoming atmosphere. The aspect members return to most consistently is the front-of-house team. Reviewers note that "reception staff are fantastic, welcoming and friendly," and this warmth appears repeatedly as a defining feature of the day-to-day experience. The King's Cross location also draws strong praise, with members appreciating proximity to transport links and local amenities. Those who mention the physical environment describe spaces that feel spacious and airy, and the facilities generally earn positive marks, with several reviewers citing "top level" provisions for professional work. On the differentiator side, the combination of a central location and attentive staff gives the space a notably human quality that members weigh against the convenience of the neighbourhood setting. Gaps are worth noting, however. Billing is a recurring concern — a meaningful share of reviewers report repeated inaccuracies and unexplained charges, which tempers what is otherwise broadly positive sentiment around pricing. Cleanliness, particularly in shared bathrooms, is flagged by multiple members as falling below expectations. Food and drink options receive limited enthusiasm, with the ground-floor café noted but not celebrated. A few members also observe the absence of cyclist-friendly amenities such as showers and secure bike storage, which may matter to those commuting actively.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Location, and Equipment. The most-raised point to know about is Value for money.

Absolutely shocking management experience. Repeated billing errors, unexplained charges, and constant confusion. We were charged incorrect fees more than once, including additional costs later blamed on “system errors”. Even basic charges such as post / handling fees were applied incorrectly. Very disappointing service standards. Residents should carefully check every charge and keep written records. Would not recommend.

Absolutely disappointing experience with Regus. We have encountered repeated billing inaccuracies, unexplained charges, and ongoing administrative confusion throughout our tenancy. On multiple occasions, we were charged incorrect fees, which were later attributed to “system errors” — this has happened more than once, which raises serious concerns about their internal processes. Even basic items such as post handling fees were incorrectly applied, requiring us to repeatedly follow up to get clarification or corrections. This has resulted in unnecessary time spent resolving issues that should not occur in the first place. Overall, the service standard falls far below expectations for a professional office provider. We strongly advise other clients to carefully review every invoice and keep detailed written records of all communications. Would not recommend.

Very disappointing experience at Regus Hamilton House / Kings Cross. We experienced multiple serious issues, including an unresolved key/access matter, incorrect billing, and a deposit that has still not been properly returned. Despite repeated emails and follow-ups, responses were slow, unclear, and often unhelpful. Instead of taking ownership, staff kept redirecting us to different departments or asking us to use online systems, with no clear resolution. The most concerning issue is the financial administration. Incorrect invoices were sent, and the deposit return process has been unnecessarily delayed. For any serviced office provider, accurate billing and prompt handling of client funds should be basic standards. Communication throughout the process has been poor, and the overall level of professionalism has fallen far below expectations. I would not recommend this location unless service standards and internal administration improve significantly.
