Goya Smart Coworking is an exceptional workspace located in the heart of the Salamanca district. The views from the 5th floor are incredible, and the natural light is fantastic. The facilities are modern and very well-equipped. They organize very interesting events and workshops for the community. The collaborative atmosphere is excellent, and the team is very attentive. The location on Núñez de Balboa is perfect, with good metro connections. Ideal for professionals and companies seeking quality.

I suppose things were much better five years ago, but these days the coworking space leaves a bit to be desired. I want to make it clear that the owner and reception staff are always excellent; I have no complaints there. Things to improve: - The atmosphere: It's usually quite noisy because of some of the people who work in the coworking space, who seem to think they're alone. They tend to leave their doors open while talking quite loudly or even go out into the hallway and talk on their phones. - The cleanliness: The coworking space is quite dirty. The kitchen walls have food stains, the refrigerator has never been cleaned and sometimes smells, the microwaves are filthy from the previous day, and the bathrooms and tables are also dirty (it's not enough to just remove an obvious stain). Honestly, this is the worst thing about the coworking space. Either they don't clean properly, or they need to change the person or company running it.
