You'll find single Flex Solo desks, Flex Team offices for groups up to 30, dedicated Flex Corporate suites for larger companies, and nine bookable Flex Rooms — including the Theater Event Space, used for community workshops and gatherings of up to 200 people. Membership is all-inclusive: barista coffee, daily cleaning, secure storage, high-speed wifi, lounges and kitchens on every floor, plus printing, mail and helpful on-site staff. Barfüsserplatz sits at the centre of Basel's Old Town, a tram-and-pedestrian square ringed by 19th-century facades and a constant flow of locals heading between Marktplatz, the Münster cathedral and the Rhine. Tram lines 6, 8, 11, 14, 15 and 16 stop directly outside the building; Basel SBB main station is six minutes away by tram. Coop Pronto sits ten metres from the entrance for groceries and a quick lunch run, and the surrounding lanes — Gerbergasse, Steinenvorstadt, Falknerstrasse — are dense with cafés (Café Bar Mara, Bonne Maman), restaurants (Walliser Kanne, zum alten Stöckli, Huguenin), bars (Pot Still, Unternehmen Mitte) and shops. Cultural anchors are within a 5-minute walk: the Kunstmuseum Basel, the Basler Münster and the Rhine ferry crossings. The square hosts the city's Christmas market in December and serves as a late-night meeting point for Basel's bar scene.
The entrance is at Barfüsserplatz 3, on the side facing Steinenvorstadt — look for the Flexoffice signage at street level. Reception is on the ground floor; ring the buzzer if you arrive outside staffed hours and a member will let you in. The building has a lift to all six floors, and tram lines 6, 8, 11, 14, 15 and 16 stop directly in front.

Excellent office space, perfect for smaller-sized organisations. Meeting rooms are very well set up and clean, staff are friendly and helpful, and the open spaced areas are nicely arranged for a cosy working environment! Would recommend! p.s. the coffee is GREAT!

The office is situated at Barfüsserplatz, one of the most central and accessible areas in Basel. It's incredibly convenient, with plenty of public transport options nearby, making it easy for team members and clients to reach. The area also has a vibrant atmosphere, with cafes, restaurants, and shops just a stone's throw away. Well-equipped meeting rooms, and comfortable lounge areas. The office also provides a kitchen with free coffee and tea. The workspace is kept clean and well-maintained.

In November 2024 we hosted an event of our organisation in the Theater Event Space. The space was full with people and perfectly suited for the event. The amenities were very modern, clean and stylish. We are definitely coming back!
