This is one of the best co-working spaces I've been to in Sofia. It's clean and well-maintained, and the location is amazing for someone looking for a space in the center. The staff are a great combination of friendly in conversation and professional in service. Any even minor issue I've had over the years has been addressed quickly and fairly. Overall I can say the service and location are well worth the price.

Pricy coworking office. The pictures on the website are years old. There are only a few desks available on the first floor. Dark office with no lamps on the desks. No adjustable (standing) desks. Free coffee and water. Location is good.

The summary: Premium price for a discount service. I will start with the good things: The event venue is on the last floor and is fairly good for small to medium private events. The office is easily reachable by public transport. At first look, the office looks fancy, but if you spend time working in it, you realize that everything is smoke and mirrors, a stark contrast to the initial impression. The place is branded as a "serviced office," but the only services they supply are coffee, cleaning lady, and toilet paper. The place has barely been running For two and a half years, and I've not seen AC filters being cleaned (keep in mind it is recommended to do it every 1 to 2 months). I might have missed them cleaning it, but I doubt it. I think they have problems hiring cleaning personnel (I would speculate because they don't want to pay much), and you can often find the same litter squished in some corner of the room for days. Although they claim that they clean the coffee machines every time, I found what I can describe as a thick layer of mold when I decided to do it myself. Almost all the rooms are very dark, only 1 or 2 rooms on each floor have good daylight. Half of the room doesn't need proper artificial lighting, either. They are equipped with cheap spotlights that, as you can imagine, are a disaster for your eyes when you need to work during the dark parts of the day (or in most cases during the whole day because, as I already said, the rooms are very dark). The AC system is a disaster. Most of the units are put behind some of the desks, meaning nobody is sitting there or the unit is off. Otherwise, you risk someone ending up with severe back pain. Ventilation, I think, has never worked. If you don't open a door or a window, the air becomes stale very fast. The problem is that when you open a window, it smells because of the neighboring Chinese restorant. The chairs they provide are one of the worst I've used. I had to buy a different chair for the office; otherwise, I could barely stand up after a workday. Every single coworking space I've been to in Sofia has better conditions than this one, although they don't claim to be a "serviced office."

Quite clean, beautifully designed and secure, but the rooms have 0 sound insulation and there are weirdly few women's toilets

Went there for a private event on the last floor. Medium room for 50 people approximately, nice, clean, new, with long balcony for smoker. I appreciate it.
