Vancouverstraße 2a sits in the western edge of Hamburg's HafenCity — the ambitious harbour-district redevelopment that has transformed former port land into one of Europe's most-discussed urban quarters. The immediate surroundings blend contemporary residential and commercial architecture with wide waterfront promenades along the Elbe and the inner harbour basins.
