Unfortunately, business mail isn't handled properly and according to agreements: mail isn't forwarded on time, isn't scanned or is scanned incompletely, and can sometimes even get lost for a while. Even after several promises of improvement, scanning mail to the correct email address and forwarding it by mail remains a significant challenge.
