De Kamer EU in Oosterhout does something most coworking spaces don't: the owner is on-site every day, personally available to every member. That means no faceless management, no ticket queues — just someone who genuinely knows your name and your business. Tucked inside a converted annex building on Zandheuvel 52b, the space brings together freelancers, startups, and working artists under one roof, creating a surprisingly creative mix you won't find in a standard serviced office. Flexible desk options and meeting rooms come at rates that drew loyal regulars — one former member still recommends it unprompted. The community is small by design: close-knit, professional, and rooted in the Brabant region. High-speed Wi-Fi, a staffed reception, fully furnished workstations, car parking, and meeting rooms mean everything you need is already in place. If you want a warm, no-nonsense workspace in the heart of Noord-Brabant, De Kamer EU is worth a look.
Experience the personal touch of a coworking space that's locally owned and managed, fostering a unique community spirit.

52b Zandheuvel, 4901 HW, Oosterhout, Netherlands
De Kamer EU sits in Oosterhout, a mid-sized town in the Noord-Brabant region of the Netherlands — positioned between Breda and 's-Hertogenbosch, making it accessible from several directions by road. The address at Zandheuvel 52b is an annex-style entrance, so look specifically for the 'b' side of the building when arriving for the first time. The nearest transit stop is Slinge. Street parking directly on Zandheuvel can be limited, particularly during busier periods — visitors have noted this, and it's worth factoring into your journey. That said, the suburban setting means additional parking options are typically available in the surrounding streets. The area has a quiet, working-neighbourhood character — not a city-centre buzz, but the kind of low-distraction environment that suits focused work. Oosterhout's town centre, with its cafés, lunch spots, and everyday amenities, is a short drive or cycle away.
Located at Zandheuvel 52b, 4901 HW Oosterhout, Netherlands. The "b" suffix indicates a secondary entrance or annex unit — visitors should look for building 52b specifically. It is advisable to contact the venue in advance to confirm the exact entrance and check-in procedure. Car parking is likely available in the surrounding area given the suburban location of Oosterhout.
The owner of De Kamer EU is on-site every day and personally available to all members. You won't be dealing with remote management or automated systems — it's a hands-on, owner-operated workspace in Oosterhout.

There was an exhibition of artists who have their studios here. Parking on the street was difficult. The space was nice and tidy.
