CS Business Center Hamburg Sandtorkai – offices on the 8th floor

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience – especially for an existing customer. First, I'd like to clarify: The other employees at the business center have always been friendly, helpful, and pleasant to me. Therefore, my criticism is expressly not directed at the entire team, but specifically at the way Ms. Kim Levandal, who was responsible for resolving this matter, handled it. I already have an office in this business center and have also signed a contract for a second office. When my schedule changed, I requested a postponement of the start date well in advance and openly. Instead of working with an existing customer to find a reasonable and accommodating solution, they insisted on immediate payment of the deposit – even though the second office wasn't scheduled to be occupied until a later date. I found it particularly disconcerting that payments were demanded while the discussed changes weren't even fully and correctly documented in the contract. In my opinion, a clear and binding contract should be established first, and then the corresponding payment should be requested – not the other way around. I've already had an agreement in place and the corresponding payment should be requested. Since Ms. Levandal insisted on immediate payment of the security deposit, I ultimately decided to move into the additional office on October 1st. If full security is required from that date, there is, in my view, no justifiable reason why I should wait until a later date to use it. What disappointed me most was the communication style and the way the entire situation was handled. Instead of professionalism, a solution-oriented approach, and interest in a long-term business relationship, I got the impression that a quick sale and financial interests were the primary focus. Especially since I am already a client and even wanted to rent a second space, I would have expected significantly more professionalism and customer focus from Ms. Levandal. Furthermore, within about three months, I have been approached three times by employees of the business center asking if I would hire them. While the individuals in question were always friendly, the frequency of such inquiries raises questions for me regarding internal employee satisfaction. Despite this experience, I decided to take the office. Nevertheless, Ms. Levandal in particular should reflect on how she communicates with existing clients and whether short-term pressure should truly be more important than trust and long-term cooperation. The office space is undoubtedly attractive and the staff is friendly. However, what is crucial is how professionally a responsible person handles a situation that deviates from the standard procedure. Unfortunately, Ms. Levandal's handling of this issue was extremely disappointing for me.

We had a wonderful conference at the CS Business Center in the Elbblick room. The room is equipped with state-of-the-art conference technology and has a beautiful view! The staff on site are extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

A truly magical evening at the CS Cruise Party! High above HafenCity on the 8th floor at Am Sandtorkai 77, with arguably the most beautiful view of the Hamburg Cruise Days! The perfect setting for an event that was professionally and passionately organized from start to finish. Even the maritime welcome at the "ship's steps" by two ship's cooks and the walk to the observation tower set the tone: harbor magic, elegance, and unique perspectives. The motto "Bring the sea with you," with its blue and white outfits, anchor details, and more, created a harmonious and stylish atmosphere. The concept, execution, and location blended seamlessly and offered us many delightful surprises. An unforgettable evening.
