CAMPUS is a 6,619 m² business centre on six floors in Minsk — and it might be the most fully loaded coworking space in the city. Ceiling heights reach 4.9 metres, floor-to-ceiling windows flood every desk with natural light, and quiet/noisy zones plus Capsula focus pods mean you can always find the right environment for the task at hand. A conference hall for 100–120 guests, your own café, a PS4 game room, a fitness bar, and shower facilities are all under one roof — genuinely rare in Minsk. Pricing is all-inclusive: internet, utilities, cleaning, kitchen access, lockers, and a bundle of meeting room hours are folded into every plan, from a single day pass to a monthly fixed desk. The team takes quality seriously but keeps things human — networking events run regularly, 24/7 key-card access (iPhone and Android compatible) means no one is chained to office hours, and a free Demo Day lets you try everything before you commit to a single rouble.
73/3 vulica Jakuba Kolasa, 220113, Minsk, Belarus
CAMPUS sits on vulica Jakuba Kolasa 73/3 in a mixed residential-commercial district of Minsk. A green square (park) sits directly in front of the building — useful for a lunchtime reset between focus sessions. The area is well served by public transport, with Park Čaliuskincaŭ metro station within easy reach, and reviewers consistently note that buses and surface routes make the commute straightforward from most parts of the city. Cafés are dotted along the surrounding streets, supplementing the on-site café for those who prefer to step outside. Drivers are well catered for: underground parking and open-air parking are both available on-site, with the underground level accessible directly from the building. The neighbourhood strikes a practical balance — calm enough that you don't arrive stressed, connected enough that clients and couriers can find you without drama.
The coworking is located at Yakuba Kolasa Street 73/3, Minsk (floors 1 and 2 for coworking; private offices on upper floors). Entry is via electronic key-card — tap the card reader at the entrance when arriving and leaving. Cards are active 24/7. Guests, clients, and couriers may only enter between 09:00 and 21:00 and must be met in person by a resident or announced to the reception administrator. Underground and open-air parking is available on-site. The building has 3 lifts serving all 6 floors. There is a green square (park) directly in front of the building.

I was sent to the bank to pay a bill (because there was no kiosk). That's when I really started getting to know this place (I was almost ready to leave, but I decided to stay). Pros: Modern office with large floor-to-ceiling windows – it's nice to work in natural light. Cons: The kitchen is small, and it gets crowded during lunchtime. Parking is difficult. If you're lucky, you'll be in the same block; if not, you'll have to find a parking spot and park wherever you want. Happy Hour turns into a race; you have to run or you'll miss out (meaning it's just for show, not for the number of people in the coworking space). The outlets are inconveniently located, and some are difficult to connect to – you can't fit your hand through. The door opener app is unstable: it often doesn't respond, and you have to wait. The internet in the meeting rooms is unstable – online meetings have been interrupted several times – use a wired connection – and for a wired connection, buy an adapter for your laptop. The filming in the office hinted that your contract with the campus was worthless, which is why people were asked to temporarily vacate their desks. One time, a security guard interrupted me during a call to ask something, believing his question was more important. Overall, the experience was negative – it felt like I'd ended up in a place where I wasn't welcome.

A wonderful place to work. Cozy, quiet, and peaceful. They have a really cool demo day promotion. The power outlets in the desks aren't very convenient.

I visited the coworking space on a trial day, and it's a fantastic place to work. Parking, service, quiet, clean, and stylish. Plus, there are cafes and plenty of public transportation nearby. Thank you! I recommend it!
