Perched on floors 6–7 of a historic building at Slaveykov Square 11, betahaus Slaveykov Sq. is the kind of coworking space where you look up from your laptop and remember why you chose this life. Panoramic city views stretch from every seat, two rooftop terraces invite fresh-air work sessions and the occasional BBQ, and complimentary specialty coffee from Ibeco keeps mornings humming. The atmosphere is creative and lively — dress code is anything goes, dogs are welcome, and members stay for months rather than weeks. A single membership unlocks all three betahaus locations across Sofia, so your commute is always flexible. The connectivity is serious: dual optical fibre up to 2 Gbit from independent sources keeps enterprise satellites and small teams equally productive. Smart-card 24/7 access, a staffed reception, phone booths for focused calls, and an active Slack community round out an offering that's rarely found this close to the Old City center. Curious? Book a free test day and see for yourself.
Slaveykov Square 11, 1000, Sofia, Bulgaria
betahaus Slaveykov Sq. sits on Slaveykov Square, one of Sofia's most beloved central squares in the Old City Center — a leafy, pedestrian-friendly setting that feels a world away from the bustle of main roads but keeps everything within reach. The Ivan Vazov National Theater is a five-minute walk; the Sofia City Art Gallery is four minutes on foot; City Garden park is five minutes away. Over ten restaurants sit within 200 metres, and specialty coffee shops are close by for off-site caffeine runs. For banking, ATMs are literally one minute away. Getting around is easy: multiple bus lines stop just one minute from the building, and Serdika metro station — connecting you to the wider Sofia network — is a five-minute walk. The nearest transit landmark is St. Patriarch Euthymius. Note: the entrance at Slaveykov Square 11 is discreet — look for the small door at the front of the building and take the lift to floors 6–7.

Had an amazing experience working at this location! The views are absolutely stunning from every seat. There are plenty of great lunch options nearby. Overall, this is hands down one of the coolest co-working spaces I’ve been to, and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a productive place to work in Sofia!

Good location, practical and friendly office place. Equipment could deserve a refresh though. Great view too…

Amazing place for working in the center of the city. It has a great rooftop terrace and amazing view of the center of Sofia. The people who work there (both the team and the coworking members) are very interesting and nice people. I would definetly recommend for digital nomads, expats, freelancers and even small companies. They also organize BBQs and parties on the rooftop which is amazing.

Amazing view of the city everywhere you sit in this co-working space. Central location with plenty of lunch options. With their monthly pass you get access to all 3 of their co-working spaces in Sofia.

New location of beta house on the 7th floor. It was super difficult to find the property as there are no signs or a obvious ways to enter. You will see a small entrance at the front of the building head in and take the elevator to the top. This is not a true co working space as they have no hot desks it’s only for small offices & conference space. It’s 400 lev (€200) per person for a small office space.
