It has ten fully furnished, outward-facing private offices of 7 to 28 m² for two or four people, a multi-purpose boardroom for up to 15 that also works for conferences, product presentations and training, and a 220 m² rooftop terrace with artificial grass, awnings and 180-degree views from Plaza de España to Colón, the Sierra de Madrid and the Cuatro Torres. Offices come with a private, configurable phone number, fibre internet, individual climate control, maintenance, building charges and cleaning, use of the waiting room and common areas and two hours a month in the boardroom, with no upfront investment and flexible terms. Photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, parcels, catering and a landline are optional extras. Santo Domingo and Noviciado stations on Metro line 2 are a few minutes away, and Plaza de España and Callao are close by, with buses to every part of the city. The surrounding streets are full of cafés, tapas bars and restaurants, the shops of Gran Vía and Fuencarral are a short walk, and ministries, courts and other public bodies are nearby. From the seventh-floor terrace you look out over the rooftops towards Plaza de España, Colón and the Cuatro Torres.

I don't actually know the entire building; however, in the few areas of the Center that I visited, I felt very comfortable. It's a very welcoming office space, and the staff who greet you are usually quite friendly. 🙂👍🏻

This Business Center is our perfect partner. We demand the highest quality, and all the services we receive reflect our desire for everything to run smoothly, because going to our office every day should be a guarantee that everything is working perfectly. If time allows, we hope to continue with Ático Business Center for a long time, because we receive everything we expect, with impeccable service. And the terrace is amazing, not just for relaxing or meeting with clients. Sunny days on the Ático terrace are incomparable, and it's hard to go back to the office to work. I had to decide to find a workspace outside my home because I needed to separate my personal and professional life, and when I contacted Ático Business Center, I didn't hesitate. They offered me all kinds of amenities and guarantees. I quickly realized that I would have an exclusive place to work there, as well as a secure and very competitively priced space. I arrive at my office every day on my electric scooter, and the atmosphere I find with other professionals has made me feel happy because the environment is excellent. And I go out daily to the terrace that the Business Center offers exclusively to tenants, and I dream of being able to enjoy it for a little while each day. Don't compare it to other centers, because none of them will give you this personalized service or the terrace that Ático has.
