It has a good atmosphere and reception, although the coffee is really bad and the occasional internet and toilet failures detract from it quite a bit, as well as the lack of accessibility to the second floor and more isolated spaces for meetings.

Absolutely irresponsible and incompetent! I terminated my contract with this office due to the unreliability of the service they provide. Despite the promised 24/7 access, it's unavailable at the most spontaneous and unforeseen moments, creating a huge number of inconveniences and force majeure situations. The office has long been aware of these problems, but they're doing absolutely nothing about them. I highly recommend this office to no one, ever.
