AESESA Centre de Negocis is a small business centre on the eighth floor of Rambla de Catalunya 38 in the Eixample, run by the same company since 1992. The floor holds six furnished private offices: three single offices, one facing the street and two with natural light, exterior offices for one to two and one to three people, and an interior office for up to four. Several of the exterior offices have wide windows over the rooftops of the Eixample. Offices start at €370 a month and come with daily cleaning, air conditioning and heating, an internet connection, a multilingual secretarial service, reception of your mail, courier deliveries, calls and visitors, a coffee service and help managing your diary. Office tenants use the boardroom, which seats six to twelve people, free of charge, and there is a reception desk, a waiting area and a small kitchen. Companies that only need an address can register at AESESA for €30 + VAT a month, which covers call answering, mail collection, notice of certified letters and parcels and the right to print the address and phone number on cards and websites; registered clients can rent the boardroom for €10 an hour with internet and visitor reception included. The team answers Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 20:00.

AESESA is on Rambla de Catalunya, the tree-lined boulevard with a pedestrian promenade down its centre that runs up through the Eixample parallel to Passeig de Gràcia. The modernista houses Casa Lleó Morera and Casa Mulleras on Passeig de Gràcia are little more than 100 metres away, and Casa Pia Batlló about 200 metres. Catalunya station, with metro, FGC and regional train lines, is around 450 metres on foot, and Universitat station about 500 metres. The surrounding blocks are one of Barcelona's main business and shopping districts, with offices, shops, cafés and terraces along the Rambla itself.
