Priced in the upper league, but the service is impeccable. I feel very well looked after and cared for in the offices; many annoying little things are taken care of for a fee.

Perfect service! A lovely, friendly team! Modern offices in a beautiful old building. Prime location on Kurfürstendamm. A wide variety of restaurants and shops are right outside the door. Highly recommended!

This business center is not recommended. Exorbitant prices for nothing! The rental price includes the bare four walls, a table, a chair, a light, a wastebasket, a rolling container, and a small shelf. Every additional service must be paid for separately, even if you don't request it. Internet access, telephone, fax – all extras that must be paid for at inflated prices, as well as secretarial services. These are provided even though you explicitly stated that you don't want them. If you then refuse to pay for these unsolicited services, they'll get their lawyer involved. Furthermore, they insist on a beverage and service fee, which is charged separately each month, and this is only revealed after the contract is signed. You are not informed about it beforehand. You are then pressured to consume the drinks provided there. Management does not want you to bring your own drinks. This is also monitored! The coffee there will definitely make you SICK! The fresh water supply pipes must either contain an extremely high amount of disinfectant or some kind of germs. On top of that, the expensive coffee machine also contributes to a certain illness (diarrheal disease) because the machine constantly needs to be descaled with excessive amounts of chemicals. The fact that no coffee is available for either tenants or their guests when the machine is out of service at least three times a week from 3 p.m. onwards for descaling is, of course, not factored into the service fee. Naturally, the full fee is charged with the justification that the service is being provided. Really? How so? When the coffee machine isn't working? Oh, and by the way: If anyone has problems (allergies) with pet hair or specifically can't get used to dogs in the office, then they shouldn't rent there in the first place. Conversely, it's very problematic if you want or need to bring your own dog to the office, as this definitely clashes with the resident guard dog, simply due to a dog's nature.
