WeWork Pg. de Gràcia: Coworking Premium w Barcelonie

I have worked from multiple WeWork locations around the world, and I must say this is by far the worst experience I’ve had in terms of staff behavior. I’m extremely disappointed and will be submitting a formal collective complaint regarding Beatriz Lopez. Her attitude toward coworking clients is absolutely unacceptable — she is unprofessional, disrespectful, and seems to let personal grievances interfere with her communication with members. Her behavior is inappropriate and borderline abusive, and it’s clear that she is misusing her position instead of providing the supportive and welcoming environment WeWork promises.

I’m shocked by the lack of professionalism shown by Beatriz Lopez at this location. Instead of supporting clients, she acts as if her position gives her the right to speak disrespectfully and treat people with contempt. This is absolutely not the WeWork experience I’m used to.

This is one of my favorite WeWork locations! It's right in the heart of Barcelona, close to everything, it has an amazing rooftop floor with terraces. And the community team makes me fell like home by supporting me with everything I need. Including some tips on where to grab great lunches and after work tapas!

I recently used WeWork On Demand at Passeig de Gracia 17 and found the experience quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I went to the reception on the 9th floor, where I encountered two receptionists who were noticeably unapproachable and indifferent. They did not offer to give me a tour, which would have been helpful for a first-time visitor. One major issue was the lack of available tables, forcing me to work from a couch. Additionally, the outdoor terraces had minimal shade, making it uncomfortable to work outside in Barcelona’s intense sun. A further drawback is the lack of natural light in most of the building. Only the 9th floor offers well-lit flex coworking seats, while other areas are notably lacking in sunlight for flex co-working. It’s worth noting that office desk package options do include access to sunlight. Given the premium price of €329.00, the overall experience felt mediocre at best. The high cost seems to be justified primarily by the location. This WeWork location on Passeig de Gracia is only available in the Plus package. If location is a critical factor for you, this may be worth considering. Otherwise, there are likely better options available elsewhere.
