Looks beautiful, nice design and so on, but work and comfort-wise speaking it is far from being ok. Impossible to book a meeting room for 10am at 10:01, the doors won't open sometimes even if the booking was successful; water taps not working, bottles with water in the rooms are always empty, camera connection is a pain in the neck, plus poorly thought kitchen area with the microwaves right over the sink to gather all the people in one m2 during lunchtime, both those who want to clean the dishes and those who have to wait for them to warm up the food. If your company is paying for the room here as an office, that's ok-ish, but wouldn't recommend the place if you wanna pay your own money for it. The cleaning level is 100/100 though, thx for that.

I’ve been a client at Utopicus for about 1.5 years. While the environment and amenities are usually good, I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with the WiFi. From September 1st to mid-October, the WiFi was extremely slow, with frequent disconnections that disrupted work for me and my colleagues, especially during meetings. We even had to switch to mobile data to continue working. I reported this issue, opened a ticket, exchanged 20+ emails with IT, and spent time with their tech team, who acknowledged the problem after multiple visits. Although they finally fixed it in mid-October by installing a new access point, it took over a month to get there. I requested a partial refund for the month of downtime, but the on-site manager, Estefania Bada, dismissed my concerns and claimed no one else reported any issues, implying the problem was mine alone. I asked three times to speak with her manager to discuss the issue and my refund request, yet she repeatedly ignored these requests. This lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help left me truly disappointed. I hope Utopicus management addresses these issues to improve responsiveness and customer care in the future.

Beautifully designed but not very functional for a coworking. Public spaces feel like they’re more designed for having a coffee than working. Internet is quiet hit and miss for such an upmarket coworking.

My company rented an entire Utopicus building for 18 months starting in 2020. All our points of contact with Utopicus were based in Gala Placidia. Positive things: * The spaces are very nice, they have a unique style and are well located. * The internet connection is fast, and almost never gave us any problems. * The front desk staff are extremely professional and do their best to solve your problems. Areas of improvement. * Expectation Setting: Before we signed the contract were told several things were turned out to not be true. We were told we could access all work spaces in the group with our cards, that was not the case. We were told they would the cleaning was up to COVID standards (It was not). * Attitude: Our point of contact was impossible to get a hold of most of the time, and when we had an issue to raise with them they either they didn't consider it a problem, or would simply say they would mention it and no further action was taken. One example is I contacted them more than 10 times about the cleaning service. During the post lockdown era in Barcelona entire floors were not being cleaned and the bathrooms were never restocked with soap and paper. Our point of contact didn't care and would send the occasional email to the provider, nothing more. * The lift was also broken for several weeks, and this was never a priority or an issue for Utopicus who simply blamed the delay on the provider. The entire feeling throughout the professional relationship was that we didn't matter to the staff at utopicus, that our problems were not their problems and we were a nuisance. I would not recommend working with them simply for the complete lack of customer service, common sense and communication skills on the side of the main point of contact we had. Your money is better spent elsewhere.
