The coaching with Viva Brunnert in our company was simply first-class! In the workshop for team leads and managers, practical strategies for increasing motivation and targeted leadership in the team were taught. The SCARF model and the various goal setting methods (e.g. OKR, SMART) were particularly inspiring and immediately implementable for us. The mix of exercises, discussions and reflection showed us how we can strengthen both our own leadership role and team performance through targeted motivation. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to have a positive influence on team dynamics!"

We rented three rooms in the starting room for a company event and were really very satisfied. The rooms are modern and as you can see in the pictures. The technology provided was also good. A big compliment/thank you again to the team and their goodwill. We had to reschedule our event at relatively short notice, which is actually (understandably) not possible according to the terms and conditions. Nevertheless, the team here met us directly! Not a given... Would love to come back.
