It's a spectrum. There are polite service desk employees who offer customers everything to make them feel comfortable, and others who perfectly capture the arrogance of the Berlin hipster scene in an almost artistic way. Using the scanning service as a foreign company is not a good idea. A great many letters, including official correspondence, job applications, and invoices, never arrived, resulting in reminders and penalties. All in all, you're better off looking elsewhere if you're not in the area every day.

The coworking space is beautifully designed and never too crowded. It's a very relaxed place to work. But the real highlight is the extremely friendly and helpful staff, who put a smile on your face first thing in the morning (even on Mondays).
